Payment Policy

We currently accept money order, check, or cash (please do not mail cash). We are working to provide Visa and MasterCard payments. If check is provided, the firearm or part(s) will not be shipped until the check has cleared the bank therefore expect a 4-7 day delay in shipping. All parts must be prepaid and a deposit is required on all custom work.

Guarantee/Warranty

We guarantee our workmanship. Should you ever have any issues or problems, please contact us and we will happily correct any problems free of charge (including shipping) as long as the problem was due to our original work.

Privacy Policy

Hofmeister Custom Shop takes your privacy and personal information seriously. Any information that you provide to us will be used soley by Hofmeister Custom Shop and its employees for the purpose of fulfilling your request.

We consider all information confidential and will not sell, rent, or provide your information to any other company or persons.

We also do not send any email or other forms of product advertising.
